Rahu and Ketu have been termed as shadow planets. Every shadow is formed by a real object. What are the real objects whose shadows Rahu and Ketu represent?

Rahu and Ketu have been termed as shadow planets. Every shadow is formed by a real object. What are the real objects whose shadows Rahu and Ketu represent?

It is not an object that forms the shadow of Rahu Ketu but it is the fact that Rahu and Ketu are shadows formed which are always consistent as a mathematical entity. Let us first understand this with an example:

Suppose you have a torch pointing at a wall in front of you. Now, if you keep a ball in front of the torch, the ball will appear as a shadow on the wall, right? If the ball moves, the shadow moves. Hence, it is the ball which is the object casting the shadow. The ball is the shadow and the shadow is the ball. Only on different planes of existence. One is a reflection, other is a material.

In such a case, you do not need to define the shadow as an object. As long as you known about the ball, you can precisely know about the shadow. The shadow is just a residue of the torch and the ball.

On the other hand, let us say that there is no ball in front of the torch. But then I go and put up a blue ball in front of the torch. Now there is again a shadow formed. But then I remove the red ball and now place a green ball in front of the torch. Again, the shadow appears. Now I put up a blue ball, and then a pink one. Shadow again and again.

So, is the shadow of the blue ball? Or the green one? Or the green one?

Or can I say that the shadow is a fixed point on the ball that would appear each time I put an object in its front? Thus, irrespective of a specific object, the moment something obstructs the torch, shadow will appear.

Now, let us replace the torch with the Sun. Let us replace the ball with Earth and let us put a smaller ball (Moon) revolving around the bigger ball (Earth).

So now, if the Moon is between Earth and Sun, a shadow will fall on Earth and we would not be able to get the light of Sun. The obstruction is because of Moon and the result is the absence of sunlight.

Again, if the Earth is between Sun and Moon, we on Earth would not be able to see the Moon because Sun's light would not reach Moon. Here, the obstruction is now Earth not moon bit the result is absense of Sunlight.

The object causing the shadow has changed, but the point is that the light of either of the luminaries is getting obstructed because the three are in direct path of each other. If moon’s light is obstructed, it is a lunar eclipse. If Sun’s light is obstructed, it is solar eclipse.

It is for this reason, that Rahu Ketu is an axis and not a point. It is a straight on which IF the sun, the moon and the earth are placed together, an eclipse would form. And it is for this reason that they move backwards.

So you see, in the above depiction, as earth moves in one direction, Rahu and Ketu move in the other.

Now, observe the fact that Rahu and Ketu are an infinite axis. they are not a point. Rahu and Ketu is the line joining the three collinear entities which are the Earth, the Sun and the Moon. If I look up, I can only say that there in the sky if the Moon comes, it would form an eclipse. It is the line that creates shadow when all three are there, it is NOT an object or a single point. It is a perceived point that I can point in the sky. But I cannot say that Rahu-Ketu exists at 1000 Km in that direction. Rahu and Ketu are a phenomenon and not an entity. They are a direction and a line, not an object or a point.

Now, this is the very reason for defining Rahu and Ketu. If I were to calculate eclipses, I would need to know the exact position of both the sun and the moon. Now, the sun and the moon are not always on the same plane. Their paths are skewed as we call it. Which means, their paths is something like this.

Hence, either I need to know the angle at which Moon is going to be, along with the position of Sun and Moon; or I can simply locate the line known as the Rahu-Ketu axis and simply say that by definition Rahu-Ketu axis is the point where the Sun and Moon come on the same plane and form an eclipse.

Hence, Rahu and Ketu are not shadows of one particular object but the points where a shadow will form given any obstruction to sunlight (be it Moon or Earth).

Now, Interestingly, if you see that Rahu and Ketu are the points where the Earth’s orbit around Sun and the Moon’s Axis around the Earth intersect. In mythology you would know of the story of how the Asura Svarbhanu was cut into two by Vishnu and how Shiva granted them the boon to keep eclipsing Sun and Moon from time to time.

The beauty of it is that the path of the Moon around Earth keeps shifting. NASA claims that it has shifted some 6 degrees over 1 billion years. Hence, we can assume that once upon a time it would have been possible that the Sun and Moon came in a straight line only once. Which means, there would not have been two eclipse points in the ancient days of Earth but only one.

The Hindu mythology or Vedic literature talks in poetic verses and creates story out of Science. What you know as Vishnu’s Sudarshan is actually the earth’s orbit around Sun. The Sun, which in astrology represents Vishnu, Soul, Parabrahma is at its centre from where Vishnu holds the Sudarshan. Its motion creates life because that is how the Earth revolves around Sun and seasons are formed.

Swarbhanu, who was once a single demon, was the phenomenon of Eclipse that happened only once in a year and not twice. But with time, as Moon’s path shifted, the Earth’s orbit (Sudarshan) cut the Moon’s Orbit (Swarbhanu) into two hence forming the straight line of Rahu-Ketu axis which exlipses the Sun and the Moon today!

In astrology, is the planet Sun in all the houses?

SUN

1. Sun - In the first house Sun makes one proud with ego, someone who takes charge, and takes "No" for an answer. This gives very good health to the native depending upon the sign it's placed in. Bones are strong, heart is healthy and education of a person is very good.

2. Sun - In the second house Sun gives the legacy of a family, dealing with family wealth and business, a very clever person, someone who might be a restaurant owner or any business to do with home goods. This also gives rise to a political or government career.

3. Sun - In the third house Sun makes a person media savvy, with a strong will to succeed. This area brightens up person’s communication.

4. Sun - In the fourth house Sun becomes powerful yet, a little dull. Sun loses its sight, as in ‘Dikbala’, to see the house it’s aspecting since this is an after midnight Sun, but, since this is a Kendra house, it becomes more powerful than some other houses in the chart. In the 4th house Sun damages the home life a bit up until the age of 35. Lot of arguments with a father and a mother, especially father since Sun represents a father, however it gives a house and a car to the native and it gives good career after the age of 32.

5. Sun – the 5th house is Sun’s own house, where it does very well most of the time. It gives a person creative and artistic skills, gives the native a son in life unless the Sun’s position is weak. It makes a person lucky in speculative business while giving lots of male company in life.

6. Sun - In the 6th house Sun grows and becomes better with time. This person will have no enemies, or he or she will expose their enemies since Sun sheds light on the house of enemy and diseases. Here the Sun makes a person an executive and a finance manager most of the time. This position also gives the ability to analyze situation especially in finance.

7. Sun - In the 7th house Sun is at its weakest since this is originally the house of Libra ruled by Venus. If weak, this can cause a lot of legal problems in business and marriage, which could end up in a divorce, however, this can also make a person famous if well placed since this is the house of others and masses; the bright light of Sun will show your talent to everyone in the world.

8. Sun - In the eighth house, if exalted in own house gives a long life, ability to take big loans from not just banks but family and in-laws. In-laws will be very supportive of the native if well placed. The 8th house is the home of wife, and married life, and this can give a bright positive light on that sector. If weak, then life can be cut short unless being aspected by a benefic planet like Jupiter.

9. Sun - In the 9th house it makes a person well versed in religion and following the righteous path. This also gives a very high educational status to a person, usually I have seen people in the law field with this placement, as Sun is the king and 9th house is about law and order. A very good relationship with the father can be seen from this house as father will be very helpful to one's own career.

10. Sun - This is perhaps the best placement of all the houses, even better than the 1st house, as the 10th house is of career and public service, a person with a well-placed Sun Sun rises in life to a high status like CEO or chairman of a company, this also gives an ability to work in the government and politics. Since

this is the strongest Kendra house, the Sun gets bonus qualities if well placed in a good sign.

11. Sun - In the eleventh house Sun also gives good result in incoming gains, and liquid wealth. This position gives the native lots of male support and friendship, and makes a person a good manager. This position also promises a son since Sun is looking at the 5th house of children.

12.

Sun - Usually planets don’t do well in the 12th house except the Moon, but, the Sun sheds his light on this house giving the native zero worries under stressful situation. No matter what the problem is, the native will sleep soundly, and will be able to see all the secret dealings happening against him or her. This also can take a native to foreign lands especially for cancer and Leo ascendants.

In conclusion, Sun does well in most of the houses except 4th and 7th, however, this only happens if Sun is in a weak sign, in conjunction with a bad planet or being aspected by a bad planet.

Jai Para shakti

Jai Para Shakti!  ૐ

It is important for all to know and rightly understand the real spirit and significance of Devi worship so that tangible spiritual and material benefit of a lasting character may be derived by everyone to a maximum extent.

Rightly understood, the method of this worship shows you the true way to lead the divine life.  It teaches you to live in such a way as to make your life a real and practical worship and adoration of the Divine Mother.  It reveals the secret of rising from darkness, untruth and mortality unto the grand realm of light, truth and everlasting life.

Devi worship or Durga Puja is the adoration of the Divine Mother of all things, who bear the seed of Universe in her imperishable womb, the Mahat-Brahma.  Devi is the consciousness-power or the Chaitanya Shakti, the glory of the supreme Sovereign of the universe made manifest to the manifested Jivas in the world of creation.  As the creator, the preserver and the destroyer of the universe are but one God appearing in three forms, so the power which is inseparable from God appears in its threefold aspect.  Even as a person here is known from his characters and powers, God is revealed in his Shakti which is the sum total of all knowledge, will and action, visible and felt as well as invisible and beyond comprehension.  The whole universe is the manifestation of the richness and the glory of its immortal creator who hails beyond the dust of the earth and the luminaries of heaven.  He, the Divine Master, works everywhere with his twofold Shakti, Viz., Vidya and Avidya.

In the nine-day worship of the Divine Mother or Navratri Puja, is illustrated the process of the overcoming of the dark and blind powers of the lower nature by the splendid and intelligent powers of the higher nature.  The Great War between Devas and Asuras marks the life of both the objective and subjective sides of the created universe.  Vidyashakti always gains an upper hand and everywhere there is a transcendence of the limitations and imperfections characteristic of Jivahood and Asurahood by the divine Jananashakti which pierces through every quarter and cranny in its works of vanquishing unconsciousness or ignorance together with its train of effects, desire and selfish action.  In the Devi Mahatmya or the Saptashati, Devi is described as the mass of the effulgent energy of the gods, headed by Brahma, Vishnu and Siva.  This Shakti is released when the Devas begin to complain to these higher powers.  The sense-energies presided over by intelligence, which are symbolized by the Devas together with their ruler Indra, when they are oppressed by the demoniacal, forces of passion, anger, greed, malice, etc., of a destructive nature, begin to feel actually humiliation in the forms of the pains of life and resort to the highest Nature for help.  At once, the Divine principle within reveals itself in its tremendous and in its unifying absoluteness of truth an puts an end to the tempestuous life of animalism and all that is undivine or that which belongs to the realm of Avidya.

The three aspects of the Devi Puja are goodness, prosperity, and knowledge.  Goodness reveals the Truth; prosperity ushers in happiness; and knowledge precedes the dawn of intuition and leads you to the goal of Sat-Chit- Ananda.   To strive to bring about these three above-mentioned factors into the life of mankind constitutes the real invocation and adoration of the Divine Mother who is manifest in every form of humanity.

Ritualistic or ceremonial worship no doubt good, but it is the living worship that truly transforms and spiritualizes you more quickly and leads you on to the highest realization.  To consecrate the Divine Mother in the holy alter of your heart, to manifest Her divine power within and to live to serve and do good to all the best and the Divine Mother Durga.

To invoke the Goddess Lakshmi, you have to try ceaselessly to bring prosperity into the lives of all.  Its significance is that one should be large-hearted and generous, charitable and kind.  The aspirant will have to strive hard to remove the pain and sorrow and bring happiness to all as per his capacity.  Those who are monetarily gifted, to them I would ask to open free dispensaries for the poor patients and feeding centers for the destitutes, to educate the illiterate and to aid and encourage through every means the increase of the wealth of the country, for where prosperity and happiness prevail, there alone Goddess Lakshmi is more easily propitiated.

Now, to manifest the Goddess Sarasvati you have to educate yourself first.  You have to become a flood of light, and thereby you should radiate the Divine Knowledge to everyone.  Such sincere aspirants can go to the slums and backward, illiterate localities and give free lessons on secular and spiritual matters as well.  You can thus offer the grandest and worthiest form of worship to Devi Sarasvati.

O seekers of perfection in Truth! Even as you reach a destination only along a path leading to it and intimately related only through the several degrees of empirical reality which act as steps in the ladder of spiritual experience.  The universe of the several planes of consciousness with their different values and grades of truth is the Shakti of God.  In the worship of Asambhuti and Sambhuti leads to the gradual attainment of ultimate perfection.  God cannot be conceived of as divorced from his Supreme power which appears as and governs this universe, even as you cannot have fire and heat distinguished.  You know a substance through its quality.  You realize God through his Shakti, who is Devi, Maha-Maya, Prakriti, the progenitress of all.

You can worship Devi either through Vaidika or Tantrika methods.  She is worshipped even without rituals, through Para Puja or Pure meditation alone.  Indeed, this is the highest kind of worship, where the Divine Mother is considered as his or her own by the spiritual child.  The grace of the Devi is the experience of the participation of the higher Nature by the devotee on account of his conformity to the laws of manifestation in its orders of divine Shaktis or the forms of the one Divine Power. No order of the reality can be stepped into unless one fulfils the demands of the one lower to it.  The Devi Upasaka, thus knowing that Devi is Parabhrahma Shakti itself, not creating a barrier between God and his Shakti, even as one does not consider the sun and his luminosity as separate, reaches the state of Brahman through the grace of Devi.  It means that in the Sadhana  Marga, which an aspirant follows, he has to proceed from the earthy consciousness to the higher states step by step through the transcendence of the manifested orders of phenomenal experience, without unwisely thinking that he can jump over the extremely elevated terrace without climbing the steps be low.

In this way, Devi Puja has a great spiritual meaning.   Therefore, worship the Mother of the Universe, the Shakti or Brahman in its Supreme Form, or in her manifested form according to your capacity.  I need not stress over the obvious fact that you should strictly practice Ahimsa, Satya and Brahmacharya, if you are to realize Devi, the glorious Divine Power of the Supreme Reality.  I stress upon the moral side and the ethical side of Sadhana, because you are likely to miss it and no valuable achievement is possible without it.  Without it highflying idealisms will bring nothing; they will be a waste like oblations offered on ashes.  Worship of God or Goddess, if it is to result in spiritual illumination, the observance of Yama and Niyama is absolutely necessary.  These form the twofold equipment to overcome brute nature and hoist the banner of spiritual victory.  Offer to Goddess Durga the animal nature, the Pashu, of your inner evil traits of passion, anger and greed.  Do not kill animals of the external world in the name of Balidana to the Goddess.  She wants your animal-man within.  No Himsa should be committed on the excuse that it is for the Devi.  You have no right or justification to hurt any living creature for whatever reason.  Ahimsa should be free from all exemptions whether pertaining to class, place, time or circumstance.  Ahimsa is universal vow to be practiced absolutely.  No worship, no prayer, no act whatsoever in life can justify injury protection cannot justify murder.  Even self-protection cannot justify murder.  You have to stick to the rule of universal love to the best of your ability, to the utmost extent possible.  The offering of the self, the surrender of the ego to the Divinity is the supreme sacrifice.  Nothing is superior to it.  Nothing can be equal to it.  This is the most exalted form of Divine worship.  Worship the Almighty with Atma-bhava, with sarvatmabhava.  This is the greatest and the most glorious thing that can ever be done imbibe the knowledge or real worship of the Divine Being.  May the Devi shower Her blessings upon you all!

SRI YANTRA

The geometry above is divine. It contains the THEORY OF EVERYTHING.  This geometry is seen in our ancient Indian temples.

Super genius Nikola Tesla with a fractal mind would see the Sri Yantra in blinding flashes.

The Sri Yantra is traditionally held by 12 strand nil junk DNA Vedic rishis to have been divinely revealed around 8000 BC.  These super-men with fractal minds and king sized pineal glands could see numerical problems as fractal 3D geometry.

If you stare at the centre spot ( bindu singularity ) every morning for 5 minutes , you will balance your left and right brain lobes.
Sri Yantra which follows the Fibonacci series and the Golden ratio ( lifted from 7000 year old Vedic Mathematics ) is the mystical 3D holographic construct of the Cosmos by 9 VIRTUAL SPIRALLING VORTEX CONES — 4 pointing upwards and 5 pointing downwards, as a sort of ying-yang balance.

The secrets of Cosmic unity are held by the inter-penetration of 9 triangles to form 43 smaller triangles. out of 9 interlacing triangles, 5 point downwards and 4 point upwards, to form 43 triangles.

All triple intersections meet at the same point. The vertices of the largest triangles fall on the circumference of the enclosing circle. Except for the two biggest triangles, all apexes touch the base of another triangle.

The central triangle facing downwards must be equilateral and holds the Bindu of the holistic pyramid .  The Bindu is also the centre of the circle .

The 3 lines intersect at 54 points ( number of sanskrit alphabets ) with shiva and shakti qualities making the divine number 108.

The Indian Mantra of OM or AUM is 11000 years old. When you chant this master mantra with its harmonics at 7.83 Hz ( earth's heart beat --Schumann resonance ) , the Sri Yantra forms like magic on water.

Sri Yantra is the foundation of Vaastu ( the original feng shui ). Vaastu insisted on the PERFECT
